HOA & Condo Associations

Roofing, Restoration, and Financing Solutions for HOA and Condo Associations

A homeowner asks: can I afford my roof? A board asks: how do we fund a large project without draining reserves or forcing a painful special assessment? That is a different problem, and it's the one we built this practice around.

Association FAQs

Questions boards actually ask.

Can an HOA finance a roof replacement project?

Often, yes — through lending partners that work specifically with associations. Financing is subject to lender approval, and terms, rates and structures vary by state and association qualifications. We help boards explore the options and present them in a form the board can act on.

Can a condo association finance impact windows or storm protection?

Storm-protection upgrades are frequently financeable alongside roofing work. Availability varies by state and association; we'll help your board find out what applies to your community.

How does Superior help boards compare repair versus replacement?

With a documented community inspection: photographs, per-building condition notes, and a scope document that separates must-do from can-wait — so the board decides with evidence, not a sales pitch.

Can Superior help with insurance documentation after storm damage?

Yes. We photograph and document to adjuster standards and work within the approved scope. We don't inflate claims — boards have fiduciary duties and so do we.

Can projects be phased by building or section?

Yes — phased production is normal for communities, and it's often what makes the funding work. The proposal package includes the phasing plan.

Financing subject to lender approval. Terms, rates, loan amounts and repayment structures vary. Availability may vary by state and association qualifications. Superior is not providing legal advice to the board; boards should review their governing documents and consult counsel or management as needed.
